Proven Hospitality Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides vacation rental cleaning and related services. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Services

We provide vacation rental cleaning and related services. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are provided on our website or upon request. All services are subject to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Booking & Payment

  • All service bookings must be confirmed through our website, email, or phone.

  • Card Authorization: At the time of booking, a pre-authorization (hold) may be placed on your credit or debit card for the estimated service cost. This is not a charge, but a temporary hold to secure your booking.

  • Post-Service Charge: Your card will be charged after the service is completed, based on the final invoice. Any adjustments (additional fees or discounts) will be reflected in the final charge.

  • Payment methods accepted include credit or debit card.

  • Late payments or declined cards may result in service delays or additional fees.


3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in the event of emergencies, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Property Access & Safety

  • You are responsible for providing safe access to your property for our staff.

  • You must inform us of any hazards, pets, or special requirements before service.

  • We are not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by unsafe conditions at the property.


5. Subcontractors & Staff

  • We may use subcontractors or employees to perform services.

  • We ensure all staff are trained, insured, and professional.

  • You agree to respect our staff and allow them to perform their duties safely.


6. Liability & Damages

  • While we take utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items left unattended in your property.

  • Any damages caused directly by our staff must be reported within 24 hours. We will investigate and resolve such claims in good faith.

  • Our total liability for damages is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Proven Hospitality Services.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.


8. Privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.


9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bay County, Florida.


10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

  • Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
