210 $ Starting Rate - studio (varies by property size & location)

  • Turnover cleaning – Full guest-ready cleaning of the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and common areas, including surfaces, floors, & trash removal. Restage for the next guest.

  • Laundry care (1 load onsite) – Washing, drying, and resetting one standard load of bed linens and towels using the onsite washer and dryer. (Offsite laundry service is available upon request).

We sync your booking calendar with ours, manage the cleaning and laundry schedules, coordinate and communicate with cleaners and laundry providers, conduct post-clean inspections, track linens and supplies, and handle maintenance needs — including minor fixes and coordination of major repairs with your preferred vendors or our trusted service providers — so your property stays guest-ready without the stress.
