Laundry can be coordinated alongside our cleaning services or scheduled separately for hosts enrolled in our Packages. Hosts are required to maintain backup linen sets for each bed, allowing our team to complete cleaning and staging on time while laundry is processed separately.

We use professional-grade detergents and standard linen care products. Special requests — including unscented, hypoallergenic, or guest-preferred products are available upon request for an additional fee.

Turnover cleaning: Full guest-ready cleaning of the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, common areas, surfaces, & floors. Restage for the next guest.
Laundry care (1 load onsite): Washing, drying, and resetting one standard load of bed linens and towels using the onsite washer and dryer (Host supplies detergent).
off-site Laundry & Linen service available upon request (billed separately).
